Day 2

 Thanks to my Uncle I noticed I didn’t weight myself yesterday . So, starting today the weigh in is 243 with no shoes and my workout clothes on.

 And now I’m having spasms and I’m unsure if it’s from the workout itself or the multiple sclerosis. . Social Media may not hear from me for a few hours today. 

 Tell me what you think. What should I do more of. How many days should I try to work out? Should I stick to the gym only? What is and Isn’t good for people with Multiple Sclerosis?
